Placing orders
Orders can be placed using this online shop or by emailing me directly at [email protected]. Alternatively, the majority of my prints are also available online at https://exhibtd.com/artists/susan-noble
Acceptance of orders
All orders will be acknowledged by email as soon as possible after receiving your order and successful processing of your payment details. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Payment
Payment accepted via PayPal and via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard etc).
Delivery
Prints are sold unframed with a backing board and will be sent to you in flat protected packaging to ensure safe delivery. All parcels are sent by either Royal Mail or EVRi Tracked Delivery.
Large prints or those sent via international delivery will be sent in a reinforced tube.

Returns
I am happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned in perfect condition. Please email me within 14 working days of receipt to arrange return - P&P for returns is your responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

EU & USA ORDERS:
Many apologies, but please note due to Brexit and the USA Tariffs there may also be additional delivery, tax, and customs charges for orders placed within the EU/USA.
Note specifically for US customers: From 29 August 2025, the US removed the $800 de minimis threshold for commercial shipments - this includes my prints so I've reluctantly made the decision to suspend sales to North America until I know what the impact will be on my customers.
PACKAGING:
Please note I use recycled packaging where possible to reduce my environmental impact.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
- Each voucher will get a specific customised code to enable use.
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.susenoble.co.uk.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift voucher, you must pay the balance.
- If the value of the order is below gift voucher amount, the difference is not refundable.
- Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Not exchangeable for cash.
- Vouchers will remain valid for 12 months from purchase date.
