This print shows a view of the waves and whitecaps in the North Sea. Created as a close up study as the waves in the foreground of my Whitby East Pier print (https://www.susenoble.co.uk/product/whitby-east-pier-version-1).

It's an original reduction linocut print, using just one block of lino and a process of carving away the lino between each of the four layers of colour to produce the final image. Version 2 is a four layer reduction linocut print.

These linocuts are handmade from start to finish - hand carved, inked and handprinted, and as such they will have small variations between prints - making each print into a unique artwork.

UK Postage: prints will be sent flat packed via Royal Mail tracked delivery. They should arrive within 3 days - you will receive a tracking number as soon as the print is dispatched.

Non-UK Postage: prints will be sent packaged in tissue and a tube. They should arrive within 2 weeks - you will receive a tracking number as soon as the print is dispatched. Please note EU customers may be charged extra custom or VAT charges due to Brexit once the parcel arrives at the destination.
